ABOUT ABOUT

This presentation will demonstrate and explore how investments from the Collective Investment Fund (CIF) and Brownfield Land & Property Development Fund (BLPDF) bring additional third-party debt leverage into the region. It will also highlight how the provision of flexible finance solutions involving debt, mezzanine and equity, is responding to market demand and plugging gaps in regional funding.

The session will explore how offering an alternative to typically risk-averse traditional lenders is accelerating speculative developments and identify how this is unlocking brownfield land, creating jobs and regenerating dilapidated sites in our region.

Portfolio case studies from Coventry, the wider West Midlands region and other parts of England will be shared during the event, bringing the real-life success stories of the funds to the fore. Achievements in business growth, jobs creation/safeguarding, and private sector leverage will also be explored and analysed.
