The Launch of #theCWdifference Campaign - Promoting "GOOD WORK" across Coventry & Warwickshire

Come along to the launch of #theCWdifference campaign being led by Coventry & Warwickshire branch of CIPD through until March 2019. The aim of the campaign is to raise the profile of the concept of Good Work as led by CIPD under its mission to champion better work and working lives.

• Clear contracts of employment 
• Diversity and inclusion in the workplace 
• Healthy and safe places to work – excellent working conditions 
• Fair pay – living wage 
• Good job design 

The Taylor Review has called for a national standard of Good Work. We want to set the pace for our region with our Campaign and involve local leaders, HR professionals and employees in a debate about what good work is. 

Come and hear from a range of speakers, have the opportunity to have your say in what good work is and our plans for the rest of the campaign. There will also be the opportunity for informal networking along with delicious refreshments. 

This campaign sits alongside the rolling out of the new Professional Standards Framework for HR professionals of interest to our membership and the wider local HR and employers community.
