Coventry and Warwickshire Development Plans

Join Deeley Group at our exciting event, where future development plans for both Coventry and Warwickshire will be showcased. This event is aimed at contractors, architects, project managers and quantity surveyors but may also be suitable for businesses across the region who want to hear more about the exciting planned developments, putting Coventry and Warwickshire on the map and driving economic growth.

Speaker 1: Mark Andrews, Coventry City Council

Mark will focus on on-going developments at Coventry University and the University of Warwick, Student Accommodation, the City Centre, Industry and Manufacturing (including Gateway South), Housing and many more.

The regeneration values of development in around Coventry are:

  • Value completed in last 12 months > £375 million

  • Value onsite > £1.2 billion

  • Value in Planning > £1.8 billion

  • Value in discussion > £5 billion

Speaker 2: Dave Barber, Head of Development Services, Warwick District Council

Dave will be covering developments across the region including several housing and industrial developments that are currently being delivered. 

There will be the opportunity at the end of the event for a Q & A session with both speakers.

The Deeley Group would also welcome an open discussion to see how we can improve the delivery of residential and non-residential developments across the region.
