Discover how to make words work harder for your business. This engaging, interactive workshop delivers a toolkit of top tips to help you develop better business writing and increase the effectiveness of your strategic and marketing communications.

Designed to help anyone who writes for their business, this event will particularly appeal to SME employees, managers and directors who are aware that more polished written communication skills would increase the impact of their business writing, while also presenting their own abilities and that of the business in a better way.

If you’re responsible for writing internal reports, business presentations, sales descriptions, website content, blogs and social media posts, job ads, brochures, flyers, customer service emails or any other strategic and marketing communications, this two-hour interactive workshop will help you to:

Kyla Skinner is Director of The Jarrah Consultancy, which specialises in copywriting, brand language and creative communications and has worked with clients including Centor, Dell EMC, Burgess, Ora Developers and Co-op Energy. She is also the founder of Copy Café, an online resource dedicated to providing tips, resources, advice and ongoing professional copywriting support to help consultants and other small business owners develop better business writing and create greater impact with their written communications. 

Melinda Nicholds-Brown is an experienced performance coach, mediator and facilitator who runs her own learning & development business, delivering successful training programmes for the likes of First Utility, National Grid and the NHS.
